I truly love this song. I feel this is the best album Anthrax ever made. I always thought this is about very bad relationship (alcohol and fighting). Two people that do not love each other, but can't just separate...
You are right, It's about my ex wife and myself. While I was in Desert storm I just did push ups and sit ups to this song non stop. It just says that your ignorance of my feelings can become bliss which says that I could take your life, but the line It's me means that I control what I say do and feel. So in the end I hate you and it's my choice how this ends. And it is me who will decide how it ends, it is masterful and the greatest album that ever saved a life lol, mine
