this song reminds me of a situation my best friend had this other friend and me and here never ever got along but we were friends just because of my best friend! but after a while she started talking crap about me and my best friend! the backstabbing wasnt pretty and it even caused me and my best friend to fight and then she got me jumped and when i heard this song it reminded me on how meand this girl were friends and then she messed it up and how i wanted to get back at her for what she done! now her mouth is full of Poison
trigger83, at the end she screams "what was that? say it to my face" if that helps. this is an awesome song. obviously about getting back at someone who's been a total bitch to her.
I read somewhere that someone saw this song as Morgan striking out against those who would misconstrue her lyrics, but I have my own idea out this song.
I think the inspiration from this song may have come from betrayal. Someone very close to her (sacred circle), whom she trusted deeply turned on her (broken trust), but now this person has screwed themself over somehow (drowning so it seems).
Just my opinion, though.
the majority of the song seems to talk about a certain person getting betrayed by someone. - someone who tells lies (sorta like a mouth full of lies) quoted "a mouth full of poison." i think the whole song is a big f you to someone that needs to stop being such a d face.
This song is one of favourites off the album 'Oracle'!! This song is SOOOO ROCKIN'!!! The album is soooo GOOD too!!! :)
