Shut the fuck up she said
I'm going fucking deaf
You're always too loud
Everything's too loud

Now that all my friends left
This place is fucking dead
I want to move out
When can we move out?
This shit has got to stop
I'll run away

Get the fuck up she said
Your life is meaningless
It's going nowhere (nowhere)
You're going nowhere (nowhere)

You're just a fuck up she said
I'll live alone instead
She said, you don't care (you don't care)
I know I don't care (I know I don't care)

I'll never ask permission from you
Fuck off, I'm not listening to you
I'm not coming home
I'm never going to come back home

I got too fucked up again
And passed out on the plane
Tried to forget you (forget you)
I can't forget you (I can't forget you)

No sleep on this flight
I'll think about the nights
We had to get through (we had to get through)
How did we get through? (How did we get through?)

I'll never ask permission from you
Fuck off, I'm not listening to you
I'm not coming home
I'm never going to come back home
I'll run away

I think it's time that I should leave
I think it's time that I should leave
I think it's time that I should leave
I think it's time that I should leave

I'll never ask permission from you
Fuck off, I'm not listening to you
I'm not coming home
I'm never going to come back home
I'll run away

I think it's time for me to leave (I'll run away)
I think it's time for me to leave (I'll run away)
I think it's time for me to leave (I'll run away)
I think it's time for me to leave

what the fuck are you on about? i never said ANYTHING about their bass tabs or whatever. i wasnt even directly referring to blink 182 when i said "Just because YOU don't like a band, dosent mean they suck". why don't you try reading what i wrote. i was saying, people are different, people have different tastes. JUST BECOS U DON'T LIKE A BAND DOESNT MEAN THEY ARE SHIT!! that is your opinion!!! im saying you need to have some respect for other peoples opinions, whether they like rap.. rock.. punk.. or even fucken britney spears. its their choice.. if they like that music, its their right to. it does not mean that band/artist sucks, it means you have different taste to them. i dont like some of the bands you've mentioned, but that, by no means, is saying they 'suck'. its saying i dont like that style, and thats fine but you dont see me going to their lyrics part and saying how shit they are!! i have tolerance of others; you don't do you finally understand my point??? i really dont care if blinks bass tabs are simple, maybe they are? but i still like the music, whether it is punk or pop or whether its simply and basic. it has meaning to me, it sounds good. just deal with it, ok?we have different opinions... that can only be expected so just settle the fuck down, and go away

Corpse I Fell In Love With
Gadjits, The
He reuses the verse melody from the previous album's "Dirty Little Religion", the topics of the verses are all over the place, and he packs too many words into one line (goes to show...) and too few in another (it's pretty hard to find), and rhymes "Henley Regatta" with "Persona non grata", but gets away with it all as only he could.

Ministry
Both as a standalone and as part of the DSOTS album, you can take this lyric as read. As a matter of public record, Jourgensen's drug intake was legendary even in the 1980s. By the late 90s, in his own words, he was grappling with massive addiction issues and had lost almost everything: friends, spouse, money and had nearly died more than once. "Dark Side of the Spoon" is a both funny & sad title for an album made by a musical genius who was losing the plot; and this song is a message to his fans & friends saying he knows it. It's painful to listen to so I'm glad the "Keith Richards of industrial metals" wised up and cleaned up. Well done sir.

Techno Ted
Audioslave
Techno Ted may be a person who caused Chris incredible emotional pain & trepidation as well as moments of peace & happiness but now is removed and awaiting his fate. Darling may be a different person who is also free of him and can live her life free of Ted's tyranny. "In between all the laughing, and daydreams ... lies: a desert of truth" Lies are like a desert or the omission of Truth: Where there were Lies then Truth was absent. The song, "Techno Ted", may be a cathartic celebration of the downfall of this person.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.
