I've been haunted by the intro of this song and also used it to scare the living shit out of my ex one night...hah! great intro and to think this was from their 1st album Show no mercy(1983). 'twas the begining of thrash ,with the path set by Metallica's Kill 'Em All an' this album! and oh my what was to come...

It sounds like the Minotaur from ancient Greek mythology. It's sacrifices would be forced into it's underground maze where they'd be hunted down and killed be the Minotaur.
