New Breed

Okay get your facts straight, this song is off Demanufacture not Oboslete.

i love this song. to me it's kind of like an army of super soldiers on a march, and they're chant is "we are the new breed, we are the future" they're immune to "life itself" because they are born, bred, beaten, only to be soldiers, not free thinkers or susceptable, or even allowed to experience, the pleasures, disappointments, and all that makes up life itself. fear factory should direct movies. or animes. they'd write sweet anime movies i bet. the cd obsolete is practically a script in itself.

usually i don't listen to Fear Factory.... or techometal/whatever u call this style.. but for some reason i love this song ;)

considering that the first 3 fear factory albums are one big concept id say this song ties in with the cloning theme of 'replica'. The new breed of people are clones, if you get what im saying. i could be wrong though.

This song is leading on with the big brother/matrix style theme that much of the obsolete album has created, but saying that the we can control what is happening to us, if we try.

i wasn't saying it's off of obsolete, though it appears moitio isn't sure which came out first, i don't think he's saying it's off of obsolete either.

I believe it has sort of an Obsolete feel to it, i rekon its bout how human kind have created a 'new breed' of machines and that they are now in control of the humans lives. "we have control of destiny, we control of what is to be" they are controlling the race. and they were bred and born to fill out one objective. "we are imune to life itself" as in the are not mortal - refering to a machine once again. 'we are the future' they areto be the equivelent of humans in the future as that is there fullfillment. they are technology advancing into the future. - in basic words - humans are fucked
