Lovely Day Lyrics
Shake it up and throw it
Roll it up and smoke it
No one knows what it's worth or where it's going
Tired moneymakers
Boring conversators
Keep it up
We all know where you blow it
(PRE-CHORUS)
And now I live in a world that I call my own
It's always nice when no one's home
Give it a time and a place
If you don't ask what it's for
(CHORUS)
It's another world
But it's something more than ordinary
Such a lovely day and it's
Nothing more than ordinary living
That you're living
Waking up and rollin'
Loaded up and flowing creeping out
We all know where you're going
Trying to ignore it
What you're looking for and
No one knows what it's worth
Where its going
(PRE-CHORUS)
(CHORUS)
It's another world
But it's something more than ordinary living
That I'm living
(PRE-CHORUS)
(CHORUS) (x2)
Roll it up and smoke it
No one knows what it's worth or where it's going
Tired moneymakers
Boring conversators
Keep it up
We all know where you blow it
(PRE-CHORUS)
And now I live in a world that I call my own
It's always nice when no one's home
Give it a time and a place
If you don't ask what it's for
It's another world
But it's something more than ordinary
Such a lovely day and it's
Nothing more than ordinary living
That you're living
Loaded up and flowing creeping out
We all know where you're going
Trying to ignore it
What you're looking for and
No one knows what it's worth
Where its going
(CHORUS)
It's another world
But it's something more than ordinary living
That I'm living
(CHORUS) (x2)

Such a happy song. Ahh....
yeah, it makes a big smile on my face.. wonder why no one else has commented... that's pretty fucked up
I think this song is about dealing drugs... Despite that, the chorus gives good advice that we need to take advantage of the "lovely days" that we are "living ordinarily"... What a melody this song has!!
A song about drugs Blue October? LOL! But still I can see how it can be interrupted that way. I think living in Southern California influences this song. It got a nice vibe and is real kool. Just like people in Cali.
GAMBLING and Vegas! DUH!! These guys should have been in there prime thirty years ago. They really are so modern day Rat Pack its insane. How anyone thinks otherwise doesn't know them.
