This person suffers from anxiety constantly and has no friends all he sees through hes perception of the outside world is suffering hence 'bleeding atmosphere'. And to be shaceled in a shell meaning he can't help but feel this anxiety and doesn't want to leave hes house atleast hes safe here, even though hes dying on the inside. This life is so misleading to him and pointless, He eventually commits suicide and is set free from this misery.
