S&M. It's about a masochist being whipped or something of the sort by another, and being hurt yet at the same time sexually stimulated from it. It has nothing to do with leaving a girl/boyfriend.
Great song off of Screaming for Vengance. Its about a guy who knows that he must leave his girlfriend because she is unfaithful to him. But he is having a hard time with this because she is good in bed and he thinks he loves her. He knows in his mind that he is really just confused.
