Where The Pigs Don't Fly Lyrics
Out in the sticks, out in the stickiness
They're chasing round in stolen ice cream vans
They're sparking up with someone, oh
They're covering their jumpers in roses, oh
Where the pigs don't fly, oh...
Out over there, out in the sticky wire fire,
Your royal stickiness, your highness
I've veard there's someone saying "I do"
And banging out an old piano tune
Where the pigs don't fly, I do
Where the pigs don't fly, I do
I do
They're chasing round in stolen ice cream vans
They're sparking up with someone, oh
They're covering their jumpers in roses, oh
Your royal stickiness, your highness
I've veard there's someone saying "I do"
And banging out an old piano tune
Where the pigs don't fly, I do

i think this is just one of them songs that got written on drugs but the riffs were really good so they stuck it on the album lol. i am glad they did, i love it.
Pigs flying is an English expression meaning something's impossible. "Where the pigs don't fly I DO", I think Brett's saying he's doing the impossible, or having some kind of fantasy (possibly drug related detachment from reality). Beautiful song all the same.
A beautiful, wafting song. Close your eyes and listen - its the musical equivalent of a serene, drug-induced haze..
I agree with chicken1 about Brett meaning he's doing something others think is impossible. He may be meaning that no one believed that he could form a band and become famous.
