So actually I listened to the lyrics a bit more and tried to think of what they meant; ignoring the sarcastic love song, abortion, and cancer myths. And well I came to the conclusion that it kind of sounds like this is about him getting diagnosed with depression; I know I'm wrong, but that's what I thought.
"Hey, Wait; I've got a new complaint, Forever in debt to your priceless advice."
It sounds like he could be saying, him getting diagnosed with depression is just another thing for him to complain about to her [Courtney], and that now her words can't really change it, because now he's been told by professionals that something's wrong with him.
Like I said before, I know I'm wrong; but that's just what I thought. :]
