i think its about the jocks who go out and get drunk and take advantage of girls etc, and the girl doesnt seem to care...so he wants her to call him when she changes her mind...haha i dunno

this song is about that best friend who knows what the girl is doing is DUMB, and that shes gonna wind up getting HURT in the end, but even if she doesn't listen to him he will still be there with "band-aids" to heal the wounds she gets when the guys break her heart..........

it does seems as though he is commenting on a special girl in his life. but the bandaids are for his soul. i think he's saying it hurts him too see that happen to the girl.
