this is supposed to be a site where you tell what you think the songs means... so I'll tell you what i think...=)

you say hold on but I feel like I�m slipping away And you say hold on but it feels like I�m slipping away----- They were in a serious relationship and something has torn them apart... sounds like he's going in one direction and she's going in another. He doesn't know how much longer he can hold and try to make things work....it's hard to fake a smile and be happy when your really not.... he wants to give up cause he sees where the future is going. They aren't on the same page, and life just seems to have a way of doing that to people!!!!

I won�t let you down The word you said to me is echoing the sound of what would never be----- by this I think he means the word "LOVE" and he has this dream of the way he wants to live his life and the kind of happiness he imagines.....but it's too far away in time....he doesn't know if he can wait that long

The dream he can't escape is the life he made for himself...he is drowning in depression and he can't escape what has already been done!!!

I�m getting through it now I guess it�s plain to see that everything I am is not everything you need------ Well she broke up with him..... from the way he said that.... he doesn't feel good enough for her.......but he just ran out of time.... he couldn't do everything he wanted cause of timing.

i LOVE this song, and the whole TRUSTcompany cd.. it's one of the few cds where EVERY song is great!

hah they are playing this song on the radio now....they got sick of downfall so they decided to play this song instead....word to that

i agree, i was expecting another linkin park, which is good, but i got a lot more pleasure out of this cd. every song IS awesome. they're not just another band with an angry voice.

An old favorite. It holds a lot of meaning to me and a few friends of mine. In my opinion this is a very beautiful song. One of the best on the CD.

I really dont see trustcompany being a linkin part, they're bad.
