Head (Beach Arab) Lyrics
I want to be there for you
With you my soul's gonna follow the sun
Your head can always be in between, you gotta clean it
Hey, smile
Hey, smile
- solo -
Please tell me lies, and when you gape I'll do it
I just got to say I follow your way, yeah
Head, head is like the voice
Head lies me down
With you my soul's gonna follow the sun
Your head can always be in between, you gotta clean it
Hey, smile
Hey, smile
- solo -
I just got to say I follow your way, yeah
Head, head is like the voice
Head lies me down

i haven't heard this song yet but when i saw the title i thought of the Camus novel too, The Cure's "Killing an Arab" is inspired by the book
do ya think its to do with wanting to be a beach arab in his head
I have never even heard this song before. But I want to suggest something anyway.
Have you ever read Albert Camus novel "The Stranger?" The reason I bring it up is because its a very interesting story about an extremely apathetic man who at one point senselessly kills an arab on a sun drenched Algerian beach.
If you have ever read The Stranger, when you see a song title with "Beach Arab" in perentheses - trust me you would think of this story right away.
Otherwise, I'll have to hear the song to have idea what it's meaning is.
i dont know as i havnt read the book but i cant believe you havnt heard this song. i dont think its to do with killing an arab but maybe something to do with the book in some way as i think john has read it before
niandra lades and usually just a tshirt is his best cd, all of them are great, but this one is really special, this song is awesome,no idea bout the meaning but i love it.
First line is "I wanna be an arab on the beach with you"
"do ya think its to do with wanting to be a beach arab in his head" You're joking, right?
does this song have anything to do with getting head?
