Highly Evolved

Seems like a song about drugs, to me. 'Highly Evolved' could mean being high, because drugs make people feel better then usual. The lyrics also have a lot of possible drug references, such as "Buying love from a payphone". That could mean calling a drug dealer and having the stuff delivered. The part about his brother Bill could also be used as a drug reference, what with the talk of the 'market' and such. I think Bill was a drug dealer, rather then his actual brother, but he got caught doing something he wasn't supposed to and now he;s being hunted by other drug lords or something. Just a theory ^^

I think that this song means that he is feeling good about himself living life, then by if you feel love you can buy love from a payphone, maybe he means that if you call someone you can feel wanted. Then about his brother bill he might mean that his brother is becoming a victim of society and is getting run over by life. I dunno just my guess,too tired right now to think

He is happy with his life, he doesn't understand it but is content with letting things happen, Bill on the other hand is not content and wants to change things, but in doing so has become what he set out to destroy or change, he say he doesnt feel low, but if you do you can change it.

uh i think hes saying if you feel low you can buy blow, because thats whats inside of the booklet..... but i could be wrong and if im not then this song is about drugs.

he says you can buy blow in the second part, just in casre youre down you can buy love (prostitution) and then you can buy BLow(cocaine). read the lyrics.
