in my opinion the whole song speaks relatively clearly (as clearly as a john frusciante song can go, at least) until the part where he says "you little duck house". i don't get that.
To say there's an exact meaning to a John song is ludacris, so I'm just going to say what I've seen in it. To me, I always interpreted the song through the title. Your pussy's glued to a building on fire. It always makes me think of being attached to a "burning building" by something that gives you pleasure, or brings feeling in you. If you don't detach yourself from the building on fire, you'll go down with it. The rest of the song is open-ended enough for the building to be interpreted as love, drugs, whatever appeals to you. That's just what it always meant to me. Even if that wasn't the intention he had in mind. And on a final note, this song is absolutely beautiful.
