Creed's songs all sound the same, and the songs all use very simple, easy to understand lyrics with no deeper meaning to sell to the simpler folk who are blind enough to enjoy music that has no inner meaning. I commend Foo Fighters for royally BASHING Creed.
my own prison was the last good music creed put out. scott is a pretentious jerk and an eddie vedder wanna-be. dave rocks and this song is great. THANK YOU BROTHER!

Mastatsan you're nuts, you can't go complaining about Creed's 'easy to understand lyrics' if you're a huge Foo Fighters fan, both bands lyrics are reasonably simple to decipher.
Funny song, but I hate it. If you wanna make fun of a band, make fun of Burzum.
Yeah, Mastatsan has every right to complain. Show me a Creed song that is better written than Everlong. You can't. If every great song could be taken at face value, no one would listen to music. You have to admit that the early Foo Fighters material was simple but the new stuff is leaps and bounds beyond anything Creed could have been.
