Trism Lyrics
She has to leave
She has to go
The fastest way
Is by trism
Steps off the curb
Stella Corona hopes for the best
To be home by sunset
Gotta be home by sunset
She asked me to give her a ride
She said she had to go
Dropped her off by the trism
Through the atmosphere by prism
Go trism
Go trism
Go trism
Go trism
Go trism
Gotta keep, gotta keep movin' on
Gotta keep movin'
Gotta keep movin'
Gotta keep movin'
Gotta-gotta-keep on
It was a human race to get away
And then back again
Like the sun bends light through a prism
She bends herself through the trism
In the smokey streets of the night
She pulls the lever and then bright light

Trismus is lockjaw. Is Stella someone who has a high sex drive, fellating from dawn to dusk? I feel 'Stella' (Stella and Corona are pretty generic 'straight' beers) is a married guy who likes to party with guys but has to get back home in the evening after his transports of delight! There is a lot of hidden meaning in B-52s songs, I might be right but I'll never know...
Stella and Corona are beers, as well as astronomical terms. The B's knew how to party.
Extraordinarily unlikely that they were referring to the imported beer brands.

@thatsnomoon Given the context, I'd thought that it might be a fictional car make/model, but looking at the lyrics closely, it seems that Stella Corona is the name of the girl in the song and trism is some sort of (science) fictional teleportation.

Stella is Italian for star and Corona is Latin for crown, so there's a vague suggestion of a celestial princess here. Stella is a female given name that seems apt for the beehive hairdo era the B-52s liked to lampoon. But yes, both also have a meaning in astronomy, and both also beers.
