Fallout Lyrics

Carried thru the road so far alone
Days glue themselves to what is wrong
And soon the hills will swallow us up
Plans will pass her
Land on the walls is laid out
I know you're in pain
Train for the cause is staying down
It plays you out
Fall out of love again
Your dreams all end

wonderful song. i think it's just about constant disappointment in your life. how you try so hard for things to happen but they just don't end up being the way you want them to be. a sad song indeed.

personally, i think the song is about an infatuation that ends in disappointment. only because he says "plans will pass her". but thats just me.

This song is really sad to me. I think its about how it is necessary to give up sometimes. It's also about trusting whatever will catch you when you completely let go. Throwing yourself into the abyss to find out what motivates the motivator

Awesome song!

I think it portrays hopelessness. You're alone, soon you're going to be swallowed up, fallout of love again and your dreams all end - that is pretty dismal. Although I think there is reason to hope. Because the songwriter is saying that he knows "you're in pain" - so maybe you're not totally alone.

I love John, he's very talented. This is a great song, very short, and I guess everyone got the point, it's sad and about disappointments, and a lost love.

excatally in two points. i think john loves doing these kind of songs another eg as im listening to it would be time gone back anyway back to subject,i think he likes them cuz he then knows that his music is alsways going to have heathly shit in them and we as one can understand. i think he writes about things that are actually on his mind and have not actually happened to him just to make others feel happy about themselves too.
