I think this song is about someone who is kinda fake on the outside "Is that why you run, why you hide". I dunno, I'm probably wrong.
its just about someone who's confused, at a bad point in their life. 'you cant even love yourself'. how do you love someone else when you're like that? i dont think it's about being fake...it's just something the person cant help.
