E voglio proprio vedere (Anna)
Fino a che punto mi violenti la mente (Anna)
Io metto il cuore e tu fai finta di niente (Anna)
Eppure sembri già una donna

E voglio proprio cadere (Anna)
In quel vestito che non lascia vedere (Anna)
E poi strappare quel tuo falso pudore
Adesso non venirmi a dire
Che non sai far l'amore

Anna
Davanti alla scuola di Anna
Anna
In moto si vola con Anna

Voglio Anna
Mi basta un gettone e poi Anna
Voglio Anna
E sotto il portone c'è Anna

E voglio proprio vedere
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
E voglio proprio cadere
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

E voglio proprio vedere (Anna)
Se questa storia va a finire in amore (Anna)
Chi di noi due ci può rimettere il cuore (Anna)
Si tratta solo di aspettare

E voglio proprio cadere (Anna)
In quei tuoi occhi grandi come il mare (Anna)
Nella tua trappola mi voglio tuffare
Col rischio di precipitare
E poi di farmi male

Anna
Nel buio di un cinema, Anna
Anna
La mano che scivola, Anna
Voglio Anna
La stanza proibita di Anna
Voglio Anna
Comincia una vita per Anna

E voglio proprio vedere
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
E voglio proprio cadere
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh

Anna
Nel cuore dell'anima, Anna
Voglio Anna
Diventa ogni giorno più donna
E voglio proprio vedere
E voglio proprio cadere

E voglio proprio vedere
Anna
Nel cuore dell'anima Anna
E voglio proprio cadere
Anna
Diventa ogni giorno più donna

E voglio proprio vedere
Anna
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
E voglio proprio cadere
Anna
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
E voglio proprio vedere
Anna
Nel cuore dell'anima, Anna

Another Toto ballad with a girls name. To me, it means asking Anna to stick with him through the hard times.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
