Um, a little correction... It should be "there's nothing left to hide, when DUPLICATING the obvious. If you don't believe me, listen to the song for crying out loud! Anyways, to me this song is about growing up and leaving behind all the idiots who teased you in school. But I think it's also about having an identity crisis, and being unable to determine who you truly are. It has great meaning for me because as I've grown up, I've experienced some of the feelings this song seems to be describing. Once I listened to it when I was really depressed and it made me cry about all the stuff I've been through.
