i think it's obviously about cutting. and 'junkie' is how you become addicted to it. also 'i wish for something and i know it isn't home' reminds me of sexual abuse.

Having been a cutter, I would say that's absolutely correct-this song is about the cutting form of self-mutilation...this is a common theme in many of the Smashing Pumpkins songs, however...Billy Corgan constantly speaks of 'bleeding'...

Is it possible that this goes by another title? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

And I agree, it is about cutting; if you've ever self-harmed it's pretty clear..
