I think that this song is about someone who refuses to get close to anyone because they are too afraid of getting hurt themselves, so they just end up hurting everyone else because they are so cold. The song is asking how the person can stand to live like this, and that what they feel is their "victory" may not really be one.
This is without a doubt, one the best songs of NUFAN... i can't believe it's not that popular like 'invincible' or 'chasing rainbows'....anyway... very clear the message of the tune!!
