This song is also about killing butterflies in a jar, but it's written from the butterfly's point of view. (Explains all the lines about fluttering on and dying beautiful)
This is definitely my favorite song off of Lucy... it's got some great lines about life and death in it, especially the last verse. Actually, it's probably one of the best, and most underrated songs I know. Candlebox was an excellent band... that's for damn sure.
