Cede the wherefores and do na chide,
Maybe I am peenging - ween of joy;
Cede the wherefores and do na chide -
Thrawn and slab of leer I hold thee, and yore was 'gal.

Riddance,
Sith the one.

    Raymond has mentioned this as one of his worst lyrics, written in a hurry and without any inspiration (which is quite evident, in my opinion, given the shortness of the lyrics ;-) ).

    Translation
    my attempt at translating, my middle english is rusty :) Cede the wherefores and do na chide, (don't worry about the little things) Maybe I am peenging - ween of joy; (should be wene not ween) (I'm probably complaining, should hope for happiness) Thrawn and slab of leer I holde thee, and yore was 'gal. (though my face doesn't show it and I act like a bitch, I have loved you for years) Not sure what the guy means I think its two thoughts in his head. Should he he leave her or should he stay. The grunting voice says riddance, the echoing voice says she's the one?
