Only recently have I discovered this song, and it's full meaning to me... in times of great emotional stress, I cut myself.... and recently I've talked to some people about it, and their reaction was "Be careful"..... and the words here..... "What have you done?What have you done?".... they remind me of what happens if you cut too deep....
**in between the 3rd and the 4th verse, there should be: "The vortex brings you down the vortex brings you in"
I always took this song to be about drug use, described by the lines "foolish things we do for fun" and "bad chemistry, organic weakness".
...Whoa. This song is amazing shit. It pulled me in from when I first heard it. Awesome song... and I love how Rogue (singer, if anyone doesn't know) sings certain things, especially the "what have you done, what have you done?".
Something hints to me that this song may be about death or suicide.... or maybe, cutting yourself, like Lucifer has said.
