Very powerful song! To me, its about a man who has lost the love of his life and can't move on. This is another prime example of Motorhead being typecasted as a "speed metal" band only and as a result slower mid-tempo songs like this get overlooked.
By the way, the first two lines are wrong. They actually should be: I've seen some sad times I said I've had enough of heartbreak
