I never realized that Lemmy paraphrases Shakespeare in the first line of this song! "They say music is the food of love" The first line of Shakespeare's play Twelfth Night is "If music be the food of love, play on!" This video was my intro to Motorhead when I was 14. Blew me away! I never heard such energizing rock before! It was a major reason why I started listening to metal. I've still never seen a version of the video that doesn't bleep out the word "bitch. Eat the rich" means several things in this video.
1) Oral sex. "Bite my bone," "I'll eat you, you eat me," "you wanna see my bacon torpedo," oral sex. This is the real meaning.
2) A comment about classism. The video depicts wealthy people (upper class) who think they are better than the rest of us (middle, lower class), so eat them. This is the literal meaning.
3) A pun. "Hash browns and bacon strips," he names several types of rich (fattening) foods.

This song was actually written specifically as the title track for the movie "Eat The Rich", in which Lemmy plays one of the characters. The sound track features about half a dozen Motörhead tracks.
The story is (basically) about a restaurant (called 'Bastards') that serves the meat from a bunch of rich patrons who were killed there. This song, while full of obvious innuendo, is a direct depiction of the movie's premise.
