I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that this song refers to Lemmy Kilmister's massive usage of methamphetamine while touring with his band Motorhead. Although it could have a much deeper poetic meaning. If so I haven't yet figured out what if might mean.
Well yeah it could mean an addiction to speed, but I take it being obsessed over speed (Not the drug) in playing music... and by music I mean metal... which IS the only music... :)
