I'm not really sure what this song is about but i associate "cut" with self harm and "trip" with drug intake, so maybe this song is about not being able to relate to someone's self destructive tendencies and that the person to who the song is addressed can't see the damage their causing to others. probably reading way too much into this song tho. Awesome track, but the lyrics are seriously ambigous, which is a good thing i a way, i guess.

I think this song is about is about unrequited love. One is in love, the other is not, this person will not let them go. This person comes back into their life whenever they are trying to move on. Takes everything,and let's them too. It's about power and control over another. It's basically about mind fucking another. This person has no heart and it slowly making the other sink.
