entertain yourself while you clean; sing or whatever. an analogy is taking sugar with medicine makes it sweeter, therfore easier to swallow. cleaning is easy with entertainment
I believe the song is of metaphors. Sugar = young loving. Medicine = life/reality/pain. Sometimes a person or a hobby (etc) will make life liveable. Obviously, though, in the movie the song had a literal reference.
LMBO... I JUST got the Imperial March comment. Now that's not very nice. I hear soap is a good way to cure a sassy mouth:)
