All my life, I’ve been searching for
a place to get restored
nothing but dead end doors
and no sort of reward
and when it seems to all end
it's just another dead end
all this time
I’ve been wasting my breath
and had a spiritual death
I wonder if nothings left
and all I feel is bereft
I’ve fallen straight to the depths
of eternal darkness... a test?
God set me free
from lies and a dead soul
God set me free
he flies in and takes control
I must believe
that he's my life-time goal
and I must believe
in the words of the Bible
