LoveHateTragedy (Eat the World) Lyrics
human behavior
peculiar it seems
some thrive on hate
some love the dream
evryone's got a purpose and wants to be loved
i think i found my purpose
i think i found love
hidden inside myself
tragedy
strikes when you least expect it
hate and destruction crashed down on our world
the stars and the stripes
the boys and the girls
it's sad it took war just to bring us together
i believe in love
i believe in forever
hidden inside ourselves
you better run
you better run
for your life
for your life
shed a tear
shed a tear
live in fear
tragedy day
tragedy day
tragedy day

This song is about the hardships of Relationship...
Being 1. the love. 2. the hate. 3. The tragedy...
I dunno...i can see it works for relationships, but look at the line "its sad it took war just to bring us together"...and Jacoby's right. We shouldnt have needed two planes to crash into the WTC and kill 6,000+ people to show our love for one another and concerns over the world.
I agree with Down, this definitely seems like it's about Sept. 11 and the aftermath
this song is about september 11. you can tell this by the lyrics in the piece such as "some thrive on hate" ie al quiada. you can also tell as it says "tragedy strikes when you least expect it" ie the planes crashing into the twin tower. "Hate and destruction crashed down on our world" ie the planes crashing and the terrorists being the hate. "stars and the stripes" is jacoby being patriotic. he also says "its sad it took a war just to bring us together" which means that beacause of tis tragedy and the war on terrorism we al united from country to country and person to person. he is aying we should have all been united and should not need this to make us together. i am an englishman and we all felt and feel the same as all americans. we all watced this happen and felt sick and worried. i am pleased however that we have become united and especially that england and USA have now joined forces to be a strong force. this song is the best on the album and a great tribute. RIP for the dead in this attack and sorry for any one who lossed a love one. viva la cucaracher!
the biggest tragedy other than this was nick burdett being born!
Downthesun667 I agree with you.
yeah, i reckon it's about 9/11 coz of that 'it's sad it took a war just to bring us together' line. i like the first verse where it saya some thrive on hate, some love and dream coz i know heaps of ppl that thrive on hate while i'd much rather love and dream :)
I stand corrected, this song is definitly about Sept. 11...
i downloaded a live version of this song and the lead singer said it was about the people who lost their lives 9/11
i always thought this song was about sept 11 too.
