| I heard the Speed Graphic version first, then the Silverman version. I was happily surprised, the band makes it sounder fuller, and for sure, more poppy, but I didn't think it was a bad thing. I still enjoy both versions. | |

You've done a pretty good job! Thanks a lot! I was actually gunna add them! But now I dont have to! Maybe I can help out with some of the other gems Lior has manefested! In relation to the meaning, I think the persona is thinking of an old friendship from the past (with Daniel) that fell apart for some reason. The chorus seems to say that there the persona still hopes that there are no hard feelings, has memories of their friendship, and that 'Daniel' still thinks of him and their friendship. Well that's what I think anyway... I can relate to it. Just a few minor changes to lyrics: "where we fill" should be "where we fell" both times and "well you still know me" should be "will you..." both times |
