See nothing really fits this song. on the bismark I think 318 died. on the Wil Gus close to 9000 died, on the Goya over 6000, and the two ships are the Cap Arcona and the Thielbeck both sunk May 3 '45 and over 6500 dead. and all those in the baltic. |

I know there was an incident with two ships as well but the incident in the baltic with the russians was the sinking of the Wilhelm Gustloff killing nearly 9500 German civilians, military personell and Nazi officials. The most devastating nautical disaster in history. |

it seems to me that it is about two troop ships that were full of german POW's that was torpedoed I can't remember by whom seems to me the russians though. It was a trap or something it was very unjust however. The russians were also involed in sinking or trapping german prisoners in the baltic or caspian sea as well. I haven't researched or seen anything about it in a long time however these things happened. just not mainstream news that's all. |
