| I dont think he's over her in this song. I think he understands that the relationship is over for good with the way he says "you can keep the necklace that I gave to you/ Ill keep the shitty tattoos", but the song also insinuates that he's been out drinking, which shows he's upset about it, and it says that she's telling him to move on, so he obviously hasnt yet. Also, the chorus "I can see it from the other side, the grass isn't always as green, the house is burned to ashes, I'm no longer in between", he's saying that the grass isnt as green on the other side, showing that he misses the life he had with her, because it was "greener". | |
