I think this song is about STD's, the AIDS epidemic in particular. Not everysong has to be about drugs guys. The one thing that sets this AIDS meaning apart from the drug meaning is the reference to the children. I think it's talking about how children are born with AIDS and we need to love and care for the diseased just as much as anybody else. |

This song was bad as shit live! The band had this like static screen over them and ever time the guitars would come in it would a window so you could see them, it was alot harder then the album track. Kinda reminds me of that movie "Falling Down" staring Michael Douglas |

I agree with moraldecay, this song name is inspired from the 2nd hellraiser movie. Also in the movie there is a scene which very closely resembles the video of pinion with it showing the steaming pipes and stuff, definetely influenced by hellraiser, also came out around the same time. |

I think all of your interpretations are great but one thing I have noticed nobody failed to mention is: about 1:20 into the song you can clearly hear the same eerie guitar riff used on the beginning of ripe(with decay), there's lots of these instances on this album just listen for them. |

This song was excellent live! Saw it twice. The video they had on the screen was of some rolling kansas fields on a dead wasteland, all of the ghosts material was great and very touching when performed. And for those of you fucks that think it's not as good because it has no vocals you outta shoot yourselves, because trent is the ONLY musician of his statute that has it all and had enough balls to release a 2-disc instrumental album when he is known for his catchy lyrics and I will forever respect him for that because deep down he is a composer of music.. |
