From my experience, people listening to metal now (I can't claim about 20 years ago) are for the most part very intelligent. Probably because metal is not as prominent as other genres, and people listening to metal now are doing it as a personal choice, rather than just settling for what they've been offered.
As for the song, considering how things are now, as arranged by the successors of Peter, we would have been better of with Judas as our guide. Hence, "Judas my guide" |
