Streetlight Manifesto – Down Down Down to Mephisto's Cafe Lyrics 16 years ago
Well the meaning is. We are supposedly going to hell for having different beliefs or no beliefs at all. So the irony is the chorus being so happy but saying "Well if being myself means I'm going to hell then I'll reserve a table right now."

Streetlight Manifesto – We Are The Few Lyrics 16 years ago
I can't help but question the intelligence of any moron who thinks this is about a car crash. I swear you fuckers are so used to shitty bands you don't realize to understand Tomas Kalnoky songs you have to read between the lines. It is about relationships. Mainly about how saying good bye is the hardest part, followed by the awkward meetings when you run into eachother.

Fall Out Boy – Dance, Dance Lyrics 16 years ago
Okay little kids, let me let you down softly. Every song by a band like Fall Out Boy is JUST TO MAKE MONEY. There are no meanings, there is no reading between the lines, it is what it is. Whatever it is.

Streetlight Manifesto – A Moment of Silence Lyrics 16 years ago
It is about every body who he has known if you were too ignorant to understand this. He pays respect to some and poxes others. It does refer to catch 22 because he said it when i saw it live several times. or he will make a reference to it. i love the streetlight manifesto fans at shows...everybody knows every song by heart, it's beautiful, viva la kalnoky...ps my license plate is KALNOKY so owned.

Catch 22 – Hard To Impress Lyrics 16 years ago
It is a shot at Tomas Kalnoky for being "arrogant" and leaving them with nothing. I love Tomas Kalnoky and I understand. He can't stay in a slow band, he has to be doing something at all times. Catch 22 members were lazy and lacked talent, he had to grow and expand beyond that. That's why Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution and Streetlight Manifesto both kick some serious ass. But I understand why Kevin Gunther wrote this song as well, who wouldn't be afraid of failure after the Great Kalnoky departs?
