Trust me guys, this is aimed to make fun of all those rapper songs of checkin girls out in a club, kinda like xdont bag the cultx said. Stuff like "Hurricane shoes" & "Black wall street on a black bandana" are both from the rapper "The Game" So thats why the lyrics are what they are, if you've heard "The River" you'll know there's still is good ol material being made. |

Now, I haven't gone through every comment but I have noticed that a lot of ppl are saying its "recycled" and I find the melody to be kinda like "look what you've done" by Jet, just listen to it and tell me you don;t hear it in those beginning seconds in both songs BUT I'm not saying this is a bad song, but I am saying that w/ the millions and millions of songs out there, there are bound to not all sound different |

I like the AFI version and of course Trents version is amazing, but I dont thinkl in any way that AFI did a bad job, it's a nice cover, and davey's voice came off in it better than I thought it would cause when you're covering a NIN song you know ppl are gonna also focus in the voice b/c Trent simply has an amazing voice. |
