Its kinda funny. I live about 2 hrs away from La Grange, TX and I've gone through La Grange a lot of times, especially now that it is on my way to college but I never really listened to what this song was saying, I just liked the guitar and figured that it was a coincidence that ZZ Top had a song with the same name of the town. Well anyways, I always knew there used to be a whorehouse in La Gange but I never put these two thoughts together and looked up the lyrics until tonight. Now i feel kind of stupid becuase I never knew such a famous song was written about a town I am familiar with. |

Damn, i cant believe no one has any comments on this song. I heard this song a few weeks ago, and i have never really been a big saliva fan but i really like this song. I dont think there is any hidden message or anything. Its a song just about going out, havin a good time, and having no regrets |

I heard this song about a month or two ago and loved it. I cant believe no one else has really written anything about it. I guess the song is really self-explanatory and sums up alot of shit that people go through. Its a great song and i hope more people start listening to it. |
