This song is about how he gets on with life by himself and he's fine with it. It's similar to "Giving Up Giving In." This song is awesome, too bad it wasn't on Keasbey Nights. It sounds a lot like something Rancid would play. |

This is a pretty good song. I like the original Buddha version with that channel-clicking intro. Why didn't they include that on the re-release of Buddha? |

No one has commented on the meaning of this song. To me, it seems like a one-night stand that didn't really work out. |

This song was written in like 1987 or 1988. And the weird writing at the end of the note was done by Courtney. |

| Green Day – Stuck with Me Lyrics
|
|
The title of this song comes from a studio mix-up during the recording session, in which the titles of 2 songs were accidentally switched. This song was titled "Do Da Da," and there was another song called "Stuck With Me," in which that lyric actually did appear. Someone in the studio messed up and labeled track #3 on Insomniac as "Stuck With Me." This was never corrected, and they just went with the switched titles. |

Billie Joe and John had really opposite views on their past
BJ: Every time I look in my past, I always wish I was there
John: I look into the past, and I want to make it last, I was there |

This song was written and recorded during the Kerplunk sessions, but the band didn't like it, so they ditched it. Later, they changed their minds, and re-recorded it for Nimrod. |
