This song is great, I live next to Long Beach Island.. southern NJ.. and I must say I don't think it's the BEST place in the country, but then again I'm a resident and the grass is always greener on the other side. But this song gives off such a great vibe.. Nj or not, it makes you want to just throw away your shoes and walk barefoot up and down the boardwalk and/or beach and just live life the way it comes to you. Promise Ring is awesome at putting out good feelings. |

I think this song is most definetlly about a girl.. who has brought nothing but the worst into his life. This girls life is a waste, its pitiful. The way she leads her life, and her attitudes.. they are totally fake.. all lies. And everyday he spends with her, he kills a piece of himself. Therefore.. if he doesnt leave her.. he'll die. He is trying to quickly get her out of his life and 'never again' feel the way he did for her... i think |
