i hate this song and i hate this band. they are not in any way talented. they are another crappy pop band put together but some major record company who handed them guitars, said 'hey, try and make it look like youre playing these while you lip sync and lets make 'punk' the latest trend'. yeh, punk rock/pop punk... i think not. they dont play punk, and they should stop dressing and attempting to act like they do. and they must be the only band who dont jump on stage cos of the sheer passion and energy they feel when 'playing' their instruments, but because their choreographer told them to. go and listen to the fucking nekromantix if you want punk. or the dwarves, or osker or minor threat.
bands like this ruin the music industry and i hate them for it. and i hate them for trying to be something that theyre not. if they were just a normal boy band with a normal image i wouldnt dislike them so much. and dont even get me started on bloody avril lavigne... but lets just say these boys make her look hardcore. |

Xbright eyesX - i respect your opinion, if thats the way you feel. and you should respect other peoples.. i mean if your posting the same thing over and over again just to piss off GC fans thats kinda pointless.. what have they done wrong? uhh, nothing. maybe the album isnt as great as the first, and maybe GC have been overly influenced by their record label and have over produced these songs but theyve had a lot of pressure on them to make this album great. their efforts are not in any way half hearted as all the guys are really really proud of this CD. And how can you say all their new songs are shit? say anything is pretty much the same as time after time.
What youve said is just YOUR opinion and its not necessarily the right one. stop forcing your views down other peoples throats. if you hate GC for whatever bitter reason then fine but shut up about it. you sound like one of those people who are just pissed off now they are turning even more mainstream than before which means you clearly feel something towards the band or else it wouldnt bother you so much. |

well no ones commented on this yet, sooo....
i love it. i dont care if its not 'raw' like the new albums supposed to be. i think benji was talking out his arse when he said that. in fact the song would probably fit happily in a nsync album but i dont care. it is poppy but i love it the same way i love stuff like waldorf ww. theyre fun songs that are good for summer and they make me smile. cant wait for the new album!!

i cant be arsed reading all the replies either, but to all of you saying shes punk... err, no shes not. at all. in fact mtv are probably just promoting the fact she likes punk so a load of little girls who are bored of britney spears can have a new 'cool' trend to be into.
saying all that i dont really care if shes a try hard or what catagory her music falls into cos i like the songs.

no ones heard all the new album yet so stop complaining that theyre not as good anymore. My friends over you is the new single so chances are its gonna be poppier than the rest of the album with not such indepth lyrics. i could be totally wrong though.. and their music hasnt got worse, nfg have the same amount of talent they had at the beginning of their careers, they may have just slightly changed their style and whether you like it or not is gonna just come down to personal opinion, so leave it at that! |
