1) Dextromethorphan (DXM) is a powerful drug that most people should not take for reasons that they either cannot handle it (physically or psychologically) or will not enjoy it. Morning Glory seeds DO NOT resemble LSD. Well the active ingredient, Ergine(LSA) does but the seeds also contain other ingredients that cause quite alot of nausea and headaches. Supressing those effects and extractions to remove those chemicals never worked for me so I dont recommend morning glory as a legal high. Once you get past those headaches and nausea(or arelucky not to get them), LSA not as good as LSD. It's like comparing ephedrine to methamphetamine. For any of you kiddies out there looking to get tripping on psychedelics but dont have any access to illegal drugs. You are much better off trying DXM than wasting your time with morning glory seeds. |

fastfingerz (and everyone else), can you take your lips off Phil Anselmos dick for a minute? Phil didnt join and Pantera immedietly stopped playing hair metal. If you like Pantera than you should thank James Hetfield from Metallica. Hes the one who helped set "Diamond" Darrell onto the right path. Something about James going into Dimes room n 1985 and seeing a bunch of posters from crappy hair bands made James diss the bands. Dime didnt get pissed off but instead reconsidered his music influences. I dont remember the story that well or where I heard it. But any case after that Pantera slowly started moving away from the hair band sound. Terry Lee wanted to remain glam which would lead to him being kicked out and replaced with Phil Anselmo. For all you people comparing Pantera to Metallica you should know that Metallica influenced Pantera. Plus pretty much every metal band from the 90s and beyond. And instead of comparing Dimebag Darrell to Kirk Hammett, you should really compare Dime to James Hetfield as would be a better comparison. |
