| I agree with kombucha mushroom but could someone explain "Don't you realize evil lives in the motherfucking skin?"? I don't understand this phrase. | |

This song in my opinion is against the church and it is pure blasphemy. :) "Try her philosophy" is ironic cause in the next verse he sings "You die for her (the church) philosophy" So you shouldn't belive in everything what they say because religion always caused war and sorrow. ("LEND ME THY BLADES, WE'RE CROSSED AND TERRORED RAVAGES OF ARCHITECTURE") He redicules the church when he says "Lie naked on the floor and let the messiah go out through our souls, like a motherfucker". "I wanna fuck my way through the garden!" The garden means the Garden Eden, the paradise. And FUCKING just for fun is a great sin in the bible and Christian religion. He don't walks through the holy garden he even fucks his way through it. ;) This blasphemy means he gives a shit about the rules of the church. No man is less worth than another. ("everyone needs a motherfucker") The last verses shows that the following of Christ means the falling of Christ. I hope you can follow my train of thoughts. |

I don't agree with FreeThinker863. Why should SOAD sing a song against homosexuality? They are no fascists or something like that. Homosexuality is no crime, we live in the 21 century! I think this is a song about mankind itself. Mankind isn't human anymore. The people do too many crazy things. They are more artificial than natural. ("art thou not human man) Our whole life became paradox more and more. The society changed. This is shown in the phrase "A Hitman, a nun, lovers?!". So how can a Hitman and a nun get together? Become lovers? A Hitman kills, a nun believes in god and love. But a time will come where the gods take the people to where they come from. To there roots. ("Fear not the gods that come from the sky.") And after that the mankind will arise "as did the gods Ninti and Iskur". Unfortunately I dunno who these gods are, maybe some of u guys could help me. |
