Bob Dylan – Neighborhood Bully Lyrics 2 years ago
@[nonsibicunctis:48787] Don't let your intellect get in the way of a simple truth. Today as young women and men run through the streets crying out to free Palestine or destroy Israel they unknowingly have sided with an evil axis that wants their destruction after they of course are raped and mutilated. Israel is the frontline and the last line of defense for the world as we know it. Get with the program before it's too late.

@[cavern:48786] You don't like it because it's meaning is unquestionable and you are just another hater. The fact that you made this comment says to me that all is not lost, maybe you are unaware of your epigenetic leanings. Have another listen, soften your glare, we all choke on the truth.

Matt Finish – Short Note Lyrics 2 years ago
This song is a perfect example of how the same lyrics and music can mean different things at different times of your life. When it first came out in 1981? I was 22 and at a crossroads in my life. From the first time I heard it it touched my emotions in a way that nothing had before. The first line and the way it is sung was enough to send me into a place I hadn’t been before. A place that I knew would come when I’d grown up. That place of resignation and acceptance of the endings in relationships without the anger and confusion. The next 40 years has past and again at a crossroads, A long term love relationship ending. The song came back by chance and gave me that reminder. You can try and explain things, work things out, who, what, why but in matters of love they are meaningless musings and can never be understood by anyone else except the hurt child within. Love this song and although it fills me with the joy and the pain of love, it never leaves me empty.
