| Sia – The Co-Dependent Lyrics | 8 years ago |

When you love someone, you can't not pretend not to see the bad things in the person you love; you see only the good. You will watch your loved person fall and fail, but you can't stop them and admit they're doing something wrong. I think Sia here may be singing about a man/woman she loves that was a drug addict with her. She sees him/her as he/she drinks and falls, but she'll always be there for him/her no matter what, but she will never be able to help this person because her love just makes her blind (''my love for you allows me not to judge the way you live'') and she can't admit that he/she should stop and fight for her/his life. Plus she still was a drug addict too, so it would be very difficult for her to tell the person she loves to stop, while she would continue to fall. And so they fall together... This is just my interpretation of this beautiful song. |

| Sia – Hurting Me Now Lyrics | 8 years ago |
| Comparing this song to my life... I'm in love with one of my teachers, but of course she doesn't know it and it hurts me so much that she'll never look at me as a person, but only as a student, and she'll never smile to me for anything else than a good mark... | |

It's about somebody who was scared to be herself and had "clipped wings" and felt like she was "a broken thing". She was scared to be judged and didn't express herself, but finally decided not to care about other's opinion ("I don't care if I sing off key") and to do something for herself and not for somebody who really didn't care about her as a person ("I sing for me") and finally she was able to "shout it out like a bird set free"... I know Sia doesn't sing about herself in this song, she's written it for Adele originally, not for herself, but I like thinking about this song this way. |

| Sia – Natale's Song Lyrics | 8 years ago |
|
When she was a teenager, Sia used to bully a girl called Natale. Now she regrets everything that she's done to her and feels very sorry. She tried to contact Natale, but she didn't find any trace of her, so she wrote all of her feelings in this song for her. Sia hopes that Natale is now OK and that she has healed from all the complexes Sia had caused to her. After I've read these lyrics I understood that the situation with Sia bullying Natale was really serious... This song often makes me cry, Sia is so... desperate... I love her a lot and I hope that one day she'll hear from Natale. |
