This song is about relationships...this abundant life is full of the good, the bad, and hopefully the wisdom to get through the ugly, too. Need2Breathe is a real life band about real stuff, relationships as a human being, as a Christian, as a follower of Christ in a fallen world. All, imho opinion as a long time fan, Christian, mediocre rhythm Guitarist, and singer/lyric enthusiast.

Just covered this song in Sept 2017 at a band rehearsal and we nailed it pretty well. But at the time, obviously had no idea that inside a month Tom Petty would have a heart attack and not survive. RIP, Mr Petty, you were a true American Rocker with a great style all your own. |
