Billy Gould of course knows what he's talking about. Caralho voador is a flying dick, an old guy cruising the city and picking up girls. I'm brazlian too and regarding the very good portuguese spoken by Mike, the exact translate would be: "I cannot drive.... And now shows up.... My finger stick.... Into my nose." To this part... and if you also add this up with the part that says "I'm heading straight down 101, I'm going to go and get me some." I also understand this guy uses cocaine.
